Nosethu is Sindiswa’s first member. We are very excited for them to start a new Vuku Cell. She takes care of 10 children for a living.

Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.

Galatians 6:1

Restoring sinners is different from stopping them from sinning.

If someone slaps your right cheek, before we restrain them, we need to ask what is wrong.

Many will give you physical excuses for their actions such as ‘I was hungry’ or ‘I needed it.’

But we need to be able to sense the brokenness in their spirit beyond their sinful actions.

Restoring them is to heal their brokenness with our loving and righteous spirit.

It is not condemning them and making them stop.

So when people around you do something bad, do not tell them why it is wrong first, but look into their hearts and fill the needs with Jesus’s love.

Then, they will be restored.
