The word ‘Rejoice’ is often used when we have interaction with our Lord.

‘Rejoice always’ is to stay in a joyful relationship with the Lord.

In order to do that we need to continuously pray to have our mind focused.

Then it will not be hard to give thanks to God in any curcumstances.
