Our sister Thembisa is getting her own place with her children, Ubenathi 14 and Ayola 3. We are so thankful to God and so proud of her.
“For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.”
2 Corinthians 5:1
When you teach a child to be generous, you don’t ask the child to give away his/her only candy.
When you have only one candy, it is hard to give it away.
Instead, we give the child two candies and ask to give away one of them.
Also when we want a teenager to give away his/her cell phone, we simply say, “If you give away your cell phone, I will buy you a better one.”
It is so with our lives. In Christ, a better life awaits us.
So it becomes easier for us to use our lives for a better purpose.
While the worldly people have a hard time pursuing what is righteous and good in God’s sight, we willingly spend our lives to do so.
Because we know the new life given to us through Jesus Christ.
