Due to the nation wide lockdown, we started to worship as a family. It is very informal, but it is giving us a chance to see what God is doing in our family as a whole.
““ ‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ ””
Luke 15:31-32
Good morning my family.
This is a message for Sunday April 26.
It is a passage that concludes ‘the prodigal son.’
We all know how the story goes. When the son who squandered the money away and came back, the father celebrated.
The fist born son who was very good for all his life started to grumble for not being appreciated and recognized.
The father asked the first born to join his celebration and share his happiness.
When Jesus called us to take care of his sheep, he asked us to join him in his work. The work that brings joy and celebration through his sheep.
God is working around us all the time. Let join in his celebration in this time of uncertainty.
For God is beyond all of our understanding.
