There are many things that you could do today to live for Christ. For example, you could pray, fast, or even love to be good Christians.

However, Jesus teaches us in the passage that when we do things, we should do them with more discernment rather than just doing what is right or good.

As disciples didn’t fast when Jesus was with them, we should know what Jesus is doing today to know what we need to do among those good things.

Don’t just do things, rather do the things that complement Jesus’ presence at the moment.
