Who would have thought Jonathan turned out to be a baby loving person. His grandchildren can’t stay away from him.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
Mark 12:30-31
Day 3 of the passion week
Jesus said that he didn’t come for peace, but to divide. (Like 12:51)
Jesus started today with the withered fig tree that hadn’t had any fruits, and went on with warnings against unpreparedness and hypocrisy.
Through that, he started to make distinctions between the saved and the unsaved.
The most important two are love your God and love your neighbor as God has loved you.
It is because we belong to Christ.
