We always have passionate discussions with Ria. We agree on so many things from social issues to christianity. Also her love for her Cell members is always inspiring.

The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. And he said to him, “I will give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. If you worship me, it will all be yours.”  Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’ ”

What was the devil promising Jesus by offering that?

Often when we become mature Christians, we seek recognitions. We want to be loved and respected.

However, I couldnt have become who I am without Jesus Christ. Yet, we start to think that our greatness or good nature made it.

So we want the glory for ourselves as leaders, pastors and in many other forms.

The devil was tempting Jesus. “Do you want the glory for yourself?”

I will only worship the Lord, Jesus, not myself or any other things.

Because of Jesus, I am.
