God’s wishes and intentions for us are for us to rejoice, pray, and give thanks.

They are not orders or commandments, but His hope for us.

That is why God gave us Jesus Christ. After all the growing in Jesus’s love, we were made to be able to rejoice always, pray continuously and give thanks in all circumstances.

Therefore do not force yourself to rejoice, pray and give thanks.

But only do things that would make you rejoice, pray and give thanks in all circumstances in Jesus’s love.
