What is a father?

Many of us don’t have a father figure as we grew up. Even if we had one, can’t say he was perfect.

I struggled with it for a long time as well.

Is he a provider, protector? If he fails to do that, he is not a father anymore?

Then I realized, a father should help me realize who I am and why I’m this way.

That is the connection between a father and a son or a daughter.

That is what God gives us, a deep understanding of my true self.

And why He loves me.
