OLIA is dedicated to improving lives by fostering collective self-esteem. We strive to cultivate empathy by considering holistic elements such as culture, social context, family dynamics, and individual personalities. Our commitment is to create a brighter future for children through education, family-based care, and the development of communities where everyone can uphold moral values. This is achieved through public awareness, community engagement, and personal development.
OLIA – Our Lives in Africa is a registered non-profit organization (NPO 140-272) based the Cape Town area, recognized as a Public Benefit Organization. Established by Jung and Helen in 2009 and officially registered in 2014, OLIA has been dedicated to impactful community development. Notable initiates include I’m Precious to Jesus Campaign in 2011, the Righteous Men Assembly in 2014, and the Vuku Family in 2015. Currently, OLIA is providing Seminars and Vuku Leaders’ trainings to Kainos Vuku and other organizations.
